All youth market livestock exhibitors must fill out a correct W9 form with their online entries. This form MUST have the exhibitors LEGAL name, SS#, address, and signature (parents may sign for minors).
Premise ID and/or Official ID must be entered for USDA Standards to process @ Processors.
All Exhibitors exhibiting a live animal ages 8-18 years must have a valid Code of Ethics Certificate.
Please Read the 2025 St Lucie County Livestock Premium Book and make note of changes made to guidelines and rules.
Small Animal Online Entries OPEN September 29, 2025
Entries CLOSE November 01 @11:59pm.
Documents to upload:
- Exhibitor must upload a Headshot Photo of Exhibitor with their online registration (No glasses or hats).
Please print your ShoWorks confirmation receipt with QR code to scan at check-in.
Each Small Animal Exhibitor ages 8-18 ONLY must have a valid Code of Ethics Certificate.
ONE showmanship entry per exhibitor for each division . Please complete the entry for the animal you will be exhibiting for showmanship. There will be Poultry Showmanship, Rabbit/Cavie Showmanship, and Reptile Showmanship.
Reptiles: put the dimensions of the cage/enclosure in the description of online entry.
Swine Online Entries
Entries close Friday, October 31 @11:59pm
They will not need to put a tag id, I will add that after tag in/weigh in.
Upload the following documents before tag-in/weigh-in:
- W9 Form (exhibitors LEGAL name, SS, address, and signature (parents may sign for minors))
- Exhibitor & Parent Agreement for Market Animal Slot Form (page 54)
- Acknowledgement Form (page 55-56)
- Official Bill of Sale
- Headshot Photo of Exhibitor (No hats or glasses)
- Photo of Official ID (Electronic RFID 15 digit#) Tag. (This use to be labeled as Premise Id)
Document to upload after tag-in/weigh-in
Photo of Animal with SLCF ear tag submitted within 7 days of initial weigh-in.
Horticulture Online Entries:
