All Market Animal Exhibitors MUST fill out a W9 form (use Exhibitor SS#), when prompted on the online entry, to receive any monies for market sale.
 
Premise ID and/or Official ID must be entered for USDA Standards to process @ Processors.
 
Each Market Animal Exhibitor must have a valid Code of Ethics Certificate.

Entries will CLOSE December 15th @11:59pm
*This is an “Open Show for exhibitors who reside in St. Lucie County OR are members of a 4H or FFA club in St. Lucie County.*
 
Please upload the following COMPLETED documents:
- The $20 entry fee and $20 shavings fee. Make checks out to SLC FAIR.
 
- Ear Tag and Official ID Number.
 
- Acknowledgements Page (If you show a Market Swine or Market Steer and have already signed this form, you do not need to sign it again.)
 
Beef Breeding Entry Info:
- All exhibitors must attend a mandatory workday with their animals.
 
- Cow/calf requires two registered exhibitors. This exhibit is required to have a companion handler registered with the SLCF. All rules and regulations that apply to the exhibitor must apply to the companion handler and must be approved by the livestock committee.
 
- If an exhibitor has two 1st place class winners and is in need of an additional handler, ONLY another registered beef breeding exhibitor can be used and must be approved by the livestock committee.
 
 
 
 
Horse Online Entries are OPEN
Entries will CLOSE December 15th @11:59pm
 
- To show a horse at the fair, you MUST be a St. Lucie County 4-H or FFA member.
 
- A mandatory Horse Exhibitor meeting will be held Tuesday, January 07, 2025, 7:00pm at the fairgrounds building. Each Exhibitor must attend this meeting. Failure to attend this meeting will cause disqualification from the horse show and horse barn. Showbills are to be turned in at the meeting.
 
- There will be a $20.00  stall fee due from each stall exhibitor for shavings. If additional shavings are needed, the exhibitor will provide.
 
 
 
Goat Online Entries are OPEN
Entries will CLOSE December 15th @11:59pm
 
- This is an “Open Show for exhibitors who reside in St. Lucie County OR are members of a 4H or FFA club in St. Lucie County.
 
- There is a $25 per goat entry fee which includes one bag of shavings with a maximum of two goats per Exhibitor but must be in a separate class.
 
- Each exhibitor is required to have a sponsor for the barn with a minimum of $50. This sponsor payment will be required at the time of online entry.
 
 
 
 
 Horticulture Online Entries are NOW Open
 
         Division 1 – Pee Wee, under 8 years of age  Division 2 – Youth Junior, 8-12 years
 
Division 3 – Senior, 13-18 years (Must be enrolled in school)   Division 4 – Adult
