All youth market livestock exhibitors must fill out a correct W9 form with their online entries. This form MUST have the exhibitors LEGAL name, SS#, address, and signature (parents may sign for minors).
 
Official ID (Electronic ID or RFID 15 Digit#) must be entered for USDA Standards to process @ Processors. (Previously labeled as Premise ID)
 
All Exhibitors exhibiting a live animal ages 8-18 years must have a valid Code of Ethics Certificate.

 Beef Breeding Online Entries
Entries CLOSE November 30th @11:59pm
Exhibitor must upload a Headshot Photo of Exhibitor with their online registration (No glasses or hats).
 
Each Beef Breeding Exhibitor ages 8-18 ONLY must have a valid Code of Ethics Certificate.

Please upload the following COMPLETED documents:
- Acknowledgement Form (page 55-56)
- Headshot Photo of Exhibitor (No glasses or hats)
- Full body photo of animal with ear tag prominently visible if possible
- Ear tag and official identification

Horse Online Entries
Entries will CLOSE December 01 @11:59pm
Exhibitor must upload a Headshot Photo of Exhibitor with their online registration (No glasses or hats).
 
Each Horse Exhibitor ages 8-18 ONLY must have a valid Code of Ethics Certificate.

- To show a horse at the fair, you MUST be a St. Lucie County 4-H or FFA member.
 
- A mandatory Horse Exhibitor meeting will be held Tuesday, January 06, 2025, 7:00pm at the fairgrounds building. Each Exhibitor must attend this meeting. Failure to attend this meeting will cause disqualification from the horse show and horse barn. Showbills are to be turned in at the meeting.
 
- There will be a $20.00  stall fee due from each stall exhibitor for shavings. If additional shavings are needed, the exhibitor will provide.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Goat Online Entries
Entries will CLOSE December 15th @11:59pm
Exhibitor must upload a Headshot Photo of Exhibitor with their online registration (No glasses or hats).
 
- This is an “Open Show for exhibitors who reside in St. Lucie County OR are members of a 4H or FFA club in St. Lucie County.
 
- Each Goat Exhibitor ages 8-18 ONLY must have a valid Code of Ethics Certificate.

- Each exhibitor is required to have a sponsor for the barn with a minimum of $40. This sponsor payment and form MUST be turned in at the mandatory barn meeting Jan. 12th or earlier in the fair office.
 
 
 
 
 Horticulture Online Entries:
Entries will CLOSE February 22nd @11:59pm.

Division 1 – Pee Wee, under 8 years of age  Division 2 – Youth Junior, 8-12 years
 
Division 3 – Senior, 13-18 years (Must be enrolled in school)   Division 4 – Adult
