All youth market livestock exhibitors must fill out a correct W9 form with their online entries. This form MUST have the exhibitors LEGAL name, SS#, address, and signature (parents may sign for minors).
 
Official ID (Electronic ID or RFID 15 Digit#) must be entered for USDA Standards to process @ Processors. (Previously labeled as Premise ID)
 
All Exhibitors exhibiting a live animal ages 8-18 years must have a valid Code of Ethics Certificate.

LIVESTOCK BUYERS
 
 To register as a buyer....
 
Please follow these instructions to register as a buyer for the sale:
 
1. Register through the provided link to become a buyer/sponsor or call the Livestock Desk at 772-464-2910.
- When signing back into your account your Buyers ID is your password, unless the buyer changes it.
(Please use correct spelling of company with the best contact information phone, address, etc.)
 
2. Pick up your packet with your designated buyer number at the registration table at the back of the Show Arena. If needed, you can also register at the table if you have not done so or have brought a potential new buyer with you.
 
3. Designate one buyer for the collection of all funds at the time of sale when four or more buyers are on a single purchase.
 
 
 
 Home Arts
Entries are OPEN and CLOSE Feb 5th @11:59pm
All entries must be registered online prior to being brought to the Fair. Information must be correct and bring the registration page with the QR code with you when you drop off your entry.
All exhibitors are permitted 3 entries for 4H and 3 entries for OPEN.
 
 
 
 
Baked Goods
Entries OPEN Feb 1st
Entries CLOSE Monday @1pm and Wednesday @1pm.
All entries must be registered online prior to being brought to the Fair. Information must be correct and bring the registration page with the QR code with you when you drop off your entry.
Exhibitor is permitted to 3 entries.
NO ITEMS ARE RETURNED TO EXHIBITOR. ALL DISHES MUST BE DISPOSABLE AND WILL NOT BE RETURNED.

Entries will CLOSE February 22nd @11:59pm.
 
4H Registration AND Open(Registration)
Please choose the correct entry and age division!
 
Division 1 – Pee Wee, under 8 years of age  Division 2 – Youth Junior, 8-12 years
 
Division 3 – Senior, 13-18 years (Must be enrolled in school)   Division 4 – Adult
